Administration Assistant x2 
(Temporary for 12 months)
Marine Harvest is one of the world’s largest salmon producers, accounting for over 30% of global demand.  Here at Rosyth, Marine Harvest VAP (UK) Ltd contributes to the wider business by processing raw fish into a variety of high quality, consumer-ready products, using state-of-the-art machines in our modern production facility. 
The primary purpose of the role is to deliver administrative support to the engineering management team and the wider engineering department.   The role is currently scoped to be filled by two full-time administration assistants. However, both individuals are expected to be capable of delivering all of the role responsibilities so that each can cover the other during periods of absences from work. 
In this role, your key responsibilities will include: 
•          General administrative duties 
•          Recording and reporting engineering department labour usage 
•          Recording and reporting machinery downtime and corrective actions. 
•          Recording and reporting defects for which the engineering department is responsible 
•          Recording and reporting engineering department financial transactions 
•          Processing and recording engineering documentation. 
To be considered for this role, you MUST be able to demonstrate:  
•          Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data sorting, tables and graphs) 
•          Strong numerical and literacy skills 
•          Good communication skills at all levels 
•          Strong organisational skills 
•          Self-motivation and initiative  
•          Willingness to learn
