Logistics Coordinator
 
Marine Harvest Fish Feed (MHFF) is seeking for a highly motivated and service minded candidate for a temporary position as an Logistics Coordinator.
 
As Logistic Coordinator, your role will be as part of a team who follow up the feed vessels, delivery orders and invoicing.  
Your tasks will include: order entry; communication with the vessels; allocation and reporting of delivered volumes; invoicing and other operational tasks within the department You will work with and report to our Logistics Director.
 
This is a position that requires a high level of accuracy and structure; we are looking for an assistant with good knowledge for MS Office, good communication skills and good knowledge about the management tools as M3 and Sharepoint is an advantage.
 
As a minimum, we require applications to hold a minimum high school education or administrative degree or combined with relevant experience from a similar role, or combined of experioence and education that can be deemed equal.
 
The working language within MHFF is English, we require a candidate strong in English, both written and spoken. In addition the candidate needs to commit to learn Norwegian if necessary.

The position requires that the candidate need to be based at Valsneset.
