As an HR manager, you are responsable for local HR management of the plant. You determine the HR strategy in cooperation with the HR team. You take the lead in certain predefined projects. You are member of the local MT team and co-responsible for the results of the plant(s).   
What is your function like? 
You translate corporate HR strategies into local strategies (talent management, rewarding, performance, ...) 
You are business partner to develop & implement our safety culture Brainsafe 
You give intensive support to the plant manager towards the employee representation, labor council & HS committee (DUP/CHSCT)  
You work on Employer branding  
You are responsible for staffing, recruitment & selection in close collaboration with the in-house interim office  
You are focused on the overall or individualized training and development plan. You create an annual training plan and maintain it up-to-date.  
You report to the Factory Manager  
Who are we looking for? 
You have a master degree in Human Ressources 
You are an HR generalist with a 5-10 years of experience in all HR domains. 
You speak fluently French & English, knowledge of Spanish is a plus 
You are a people manager and teamplayer, able to lead a small team of HR Specialists

You are able to assess sensitive and complex employee relations issues in a confidential, objective, and systematic manner 
You have a very good knowledge about local employment and social laws; ability to translate this in a comprehensive way to others 
You have a strong experience in managing multiple projects with strong time management and prioritization skills  
You are able to cope with a fast changing organization
