Salary – Dependent on Experience
We are expanding our operations at our Seawater site at Cheesebay, North Uist and are currently looking to recruit two Farm Managers.
The successful candidate will be accountable for the safe and successful operation of the farm, effectively managing a production team to grow the best quality fish in a cost-effective manner. They will also be responsible for all aspects of farm operations, including staffing, fish husbandry, maintenance of your site and equipment, short/long term planning, managing your budget, and complete reporting and records keeping.
The successful candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, people management, production planning and extensive training/experience in fish husbandry. You should be self-motivated, well organised, results-driven and have a positive attitude. Driving licence is essential.
