Our processing activities take place in their own specialized facilities around the world. In 2015, after a full reconstruction of the facility, we started production at our state-of the-art plant in Rosyth, Fife. Here we carry out value-added processing, producing both fresh and smoked salmon for our consumers.   
We are currently looking to identify a suitably experienced person to join our Logistics team as a Stock Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who prides themselves on making sure data is inputted and monitored correctly. As a Stock Administrator, you will be responsible is for the counting and maintenance of the site’s stock controls and related processes. You will be working to meet to meet agreed objectives and ensure that system and physical stock levels within the site’s stock locations and 3rd party cold store locations are in line for all products.  
On a day to day basis, with visibility of stock counting and reporting and data entry, you’ll be responsible for communicating stock levels to relevant areas of the business. In addition, you’ll create reports explaining variances and be able to investigate and report these to management.    
We’re looking for someone who is a team player who can be flexible to meet deadlines and adapt to change at short notice. Our ideal candidate is someone who has great attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of the business. The successful applicant will also take a strong analytical approach to problem solving and identifying trends.       
Due to the nature of the role, we are particularly looking for the successful candidate to have experience in stock controlling in a warehouse or distribution environment. The person should be experienced in using stock control systems as well as Excel.  
The successful candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced factory environment on constant nightshift from 10pm to 6am, Monday to Friday.
