Commercial Administrator

£18-22K DOE

Marine Harvest VAP UK is a fast-paced and innovative organisation with a genuinely unique offering in the UK and we currently have an exciting opportunity for a bright and self-motivated candidate to join our Commercial Team.

Based at our state of the art facility in Rosyth, we are seeking an individual to become part of a successful, market-leading group with a global structure and close partnerships with a number of the major UK retailers. Our ambitious plans make for an exciting, fast-moving and rapidly developing business.

Acting as an important data source for our Customer Account Managers, the Commercial Administrator will support the Commercial Team in delivering professional, credible and timely information, contributing towards the overall level of service to our customers.

The successful candidate will be naturally enthusiastic and outgoing with strong IT skills, particularly in Excel.

As the most customer facing team in the business, it is vital that through this team the rest of the business receives the detail that they need to help keep production running smoothly. In this role you will liaise with both internal and external customers and build strong working relationships with them.

On a day to day basis, the Commercial Administrator’s main duties will include price file management, promotional planning, sales analysis and the manipulation of customer reports. Customer interaction will be expected and therefore good customer service skills are essential.

Marine Harvest is an ambitiously growing company and therefore this role would suit a dynamic individual who is flexible when it comes to meeting deadlines and able to adapt to change at short notice. The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail and an analytical approach, with the desire to succeed in an ever-evolving role and environment.

In return we offer an attractive salary, bonus, pension and training and development opportunities.

To apply for a role with us, you must be eligible to work in the UK, and able to travel to our site in Rosyth for work each day.

Please note, we reserve the right to close this vacancy or keep it open subject to volume and quality of applications.  We would therefore encourage candidates to submit an application as soon as possible.
